Beach Mountain, NC Ski Trip January 3-5, 2020

We are proud to announce the sign ups for the 2020 ski trip. We will be making a return trip to the Beech Mtn, NC area and are hoping for great weather! Please read all options below and sign up for everything applicable. Full registrations include lodging, most meals, rental equipment and a ski or snowboard group lesson. Note that adults and family members should also register but have additional options for lodging. We will be skiing at either/both Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain, pending which has better conditions during the trip. There are a few links to our lodging and skiing at the end of this email.

In order to lock in your place, a $125 deposit will be required on or before November 15th. Once you've signed up we will email you instructions on where to mail your check or how to use Zelle to pay.

NOTE ABOUT LODGING: We will be staying at the White Wolf Lodge (King Wolf) again this year. There are two areas of bunk beds. One will be for Scouts and one will be for family members (co-ed). There are separate restrooms and showers for men and women and a common area for everyone.

NOTE ABOUNT MEALS: Most meals will be at one of the ski resorts. We should have breakfast each morning at the White Wolf Lodge and lunch and dinner at the slopes.

NOTE ABOUT REGISTRATION: Each Scout and each family member must individually sign up. For family members, feel free to list their first initial for the name and use a single email address. The cost estimates for the various registrations are estimates. As we get closer to December 1st we will finalize the costs. Note that we have estimated a higher cost than is likely to be the final. As always, parents and families are welcome! We need a good group of adults for this trip so please feel welcome to join us.
